I get a reddening around the mouth or nose area after eating or drinking.

I experience muscle or joint aches on a regular basis.

In general, my bowel movements are loose, hard, or foul-smelling.

I experience itching in the ears, nose, or rectum area.

I have or have had dandruff in the past year.

I experience mood swings.

In the past year, I have experienced athlete's foot, jock itch, or a fungal infection under a toenail.

I have had sex or close physical contact with someone I know had a fungal infection (including athlete's foot, jock itch, dandruff) or parasite infection.

I travel across time zones more than once a month.

I have inconsistent bowel movements every day.

I go to bed after 10:30 pm.

My sense of hunger changes when traveling across time zones.

I wake up between 1am and 4am and have a hard time falling back to sleep.

I have a hard time staying awake in the afternoons after eating lunch.

I wake up in the night from needing to go to the bathroom.

I fall asleep quickly but struggle to stay asleep.

I wake up feeling tired.
